1. About Our Service
Boss My Calls provides:
AI-powered call answering
Job booking (where integrated)
Emergency filtering
Customer message handling
Call transcripts & summaries
24/7 availability
This is not a human reception service.
Although our AI is highly accurate, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
2. Setup & Onboarding
Your setup fee covers:
Building your AI receptionist
Creating your knowledge base
Setting up your call flows
Connecting your calendar
Running system tests
Setup normally takes around 7 working days after we receive all required information.
Delays in supplying information may delay your go-live date.
Setup fees are non-refundable unless covered by our Money Back Guarantee (see Section 9).
3. Monthly Minutes & Fair Usage
Each plan includes monthly AI call-handling minutes:
Starter – 500 minutes
Growth – 1,500 minutes
Unlimited – fair usage applies
Unlimited Plan Fair Usage
Unlimited plans include up to 4,000 minutes per month.
If usage consistently exceeds this, we may:
Apply additional charges
Recommend a custom solution
Limit extremely excessive usage
Extra Minutes
Starter & Growth plans: 20p per additional minute.
4. Billing & Payments
All subscriptions renew monthly, unless you choose annual billing.
Setup fees are charged immediately.
Payments are taken automatically via the method you provide.
Failed payments may pause or end your service.
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
All prices are in GBP.
5. Cancelling Your Plan
You can cancel anytime with no long-term contract.
When you cancel:
Your AI agent stops answering calls
Any numbers we provided stop working
Your data is stored for 60 days
After 60 days it’s deleted automatically
If you return after 60 days, a new setup fee applies.
6. What We Need From You
To deliver an accurate service, you agree to provide:
Up-to-date pricing
Call-out rules
Service details
Booking instructions
Any changes in your business
We aren’t responsible for mistakes caused by incomplete or outdated information.
7. Accuracy & Limitations
While our AI handles the vast majority of calls correctly, it may occasionally:
Misinterpret caller intent
Miss details
Mislabel emergencies
Book jobs incorrectly
You are responsible for reviewing your call logs and alerting us if something needs updating.
8. Liability
Boss My Calls is not liable for:
Lost customers or revenue
Missed bookings
System downtime caused by third-party providers
Incorrect information supplied by you
Business interruptions
9. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Boss My Calls offers a 30-day No Missed Calls Guarantee for all new customers.
This guarantee applies only if you choose to cancel your service during your first 30 days of going live, and only if a missed call occurred due to a verified Boss My Calls system failure.
If approved, we will refund:
Your setup fee
Your first month’s subscription fee
To qualify, you must:
Complete onboarding and go live.
Forward your calls consistently during the guarantee period
Notify us immediately if you believe a call was missed.
Allow us to investigate and confirm the missed call.
Submit your cancellation & refund request within your first 30 live days.
Exclusions (do NOT count as missed calls):
HighLevel outages
AI provider outages
Telecom carrier issues
Incorrect call forwarding
Calls received outside forwarding hours
Spam, silent, or abandoned calls
Any issue caused by incomplete or incorrect client information
Refund Process
A refund is only issued if:
You cancel within your first 30 live days
A qualifying missed call is confirmed
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with UK GDPR.
By using the service, you agree to:
Call processing & transcription
Secure storage of caller information
Use of third-party voice providers (e.g. telephony, STT/TTS)
We do not sell or share your data with external parties.
A full Privacy Policy is available separately.
11. Call Forwarding & Numbers
If you use call forwarding:
Your telecom provider may charge forwarding fees
You are responsible for these charges
If we provide a number:
We are not responsible for forwarding failures by your phone carrier.
12. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime, but cannot guarantee that:
The service will be uninterrupted
There will be no delays
Third-party providers will never experience outage
We will always attempt to restore service as quickly as possible.
13. Payment Failures & Temporary Suspension of Service
If we are unable to process your monthly subscription payment:
We will automatically retry the payment, and
We will contact you by email to update your payment method.
You will have 7 days from the failed payment date to update your card details.
If payment has not been received within 7 days:
Your AI receptionist service will be temporarily suspended
No calls will be answered by the AI during suspension
Call forwarding will not function through the AI
Any numbers provided by Boss My Calls may be paused
Your service will be reactivated once payment is successfully received.
Boss My Calls is not responsible for any missed calls, lost jobs, or business impact that occurs during a service suspension caused by failed or overdue payments.
14. Termination or Suspension of Service
We may suspend or terminate your service if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the service
You breach the Fair Usage Policy
Your payments fail beyond the allowed grace period (see Section 12)
You use the system for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
No refunds are provided for partial months.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
If changes are significant, we will notify you by email.
Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
